Rawon Beef Ribs



Tools and Materials:

750 gr beef chops, cut matching
8 pieces keluak, grab it, soak it in hot water to taste



10 spring onions
4 cloves garlic
4 red chilies
1 1 / 2 teaspoon coriander
2 segment ginger
1 vertebra turmeric
1 tablespoon salt
5 lime leaves
2 stalks lemongrass crushed
Oil for frying
Fried red onion to taste



How to Make:

Boil ribs in boiling water until tender
Puree onion, garlic, red pepper,


coriander, ginger, turmeric, salt.
Saute spices lime leaves and lemongrass.
Pour this seasoning into the chops and cook until boiling
and the flavors mingle.
Serve hot and sprinkle with fried shallots.
